Scott Sinclair

Scott is a veteran Air Force Civil Engineer Officer who received his commission after graduating from Iowa State University, served on active duty and then transitioned to the Air Force Reserve. He was tested with tours to Kuwait and Iraq and is proud of the work he and his unit accomplished in their efforts to design and construct facilities for the Iraqi Security Forces while stationed in Baghdad. Since leaving active duty, Scott has leveraged his Bachelor and Master’s degree in Architecture, and 14 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction management, into a thriving energy services business.

Scott Wolf

CxA, CCP, CEM
Scott has provided facility performance services as both an owner’s rep and 3rd party Commissioning Authority for 20+ years. He developed and ran the commissioning program for one of the largest commercial developers in the United States, and continues to bridge the gap between technology and facility performance through the development of industry leading software and performance management tools. Scott is certified by both the Building Commissioning Association (BCA) and the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Adelle Hancock

SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
P.E.
Adelle is a highly qualified and experienced mechanical engineer with 10 years in the engineering and construction industry. She brings a unique technical, practical, and business minded approach to each project. A graduate of the University of Minnesota (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering) and Carroll College (Mathematics), she truly understands what it takes to design, construct, and operate facilities at an optimal level of performance. Active Registrations and Affiliations: US Green Building Council, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Minnesota Licensed Professional Engineers.

Craig Lemma

SR. PROJECT MANAGER
PM, CxA
Craig is a skilled HVAC, plumbing and fire protection designer and project manager with 38 years of experience on a multitude of project types and complexities.  He is a former HGA shareholder and VP and has worked on projects ranging from R&D facilities to the MN State Capitol Building Renovation.  Craig brings nearly four decades of engineering experience to our team and his senior leadership is highly valued by our clients.

Julie Urban

OFFICE MANAGER
Managing engineers is no short order and Julie does a great job of keeping us all organized.   She wears many hats at NFS, and she wears them all very well. When she is not chasing down time cards, you will likely find her chasing one of her two children down one of the bike trails or volunteering at Pine Harbor Christian Academy in Hastings.

Bryan Hanneman

Sr. Electrical Engineer
PE
Bryan is a highly skilled, registered professional engineer, and leads the NFS Electrical Engineering Department. Bryan brings a diverse background in special systems design and applications. He is experienced in power distribution, lighting, fiber optic installations, uninterruptible power (UPS), emergency power, grounding, telecommunications, data cabling, and fire alarm systems. With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (University of Wisconsin, Madison), he understands the priority of minimizing disruption, and he diligently conducts the research necessary to understand the impact of the design on construction schedules. Additionally, Bryan holds a National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 70E certification and specializes in electrical workplace safety and arc flash hazard analysis.

Allen Skow

Sr. Commissioning Agent
CPMP
Allen Skow is a certified Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) with over 25 years of experience in facilities management, commissioning, and operations and maintenance (O&M) transitioning. Allen specializes in on-site commissioning activities, including construction observation, systems installation, testing, and issue identification/resolution. His experience includes the operations and maintenance of large building inventories, management of internal and external commissioning activities, and MEP troubleshooting and problem solving. Allen’s demonstrated expertise includes owner training, ensures ongoing building performance optimization and extended life-span of systems and equipment.

Jeff Dressing

Information Technology Manager
CSM
Jeff is a software engineer with over 20 years of experience with many high-profile organizations including BMW Financial, DirectTV, Fidelity Investments, and more. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Cincinnati State University and is a Certified Scrum Master. Jeff designed and now supports the NFS iPerformanceTM platform. He provides technical assistance and database management in support of the NFS team and our client users.  Jeff is committed to continually developing new and improved tools and functionality based on field testing and user feedback.

Michelle Skow

Contract Administrator
Michelle has 20 years of accounting and business management experience. She directs the contracting and accounting departments within NFS facilitating timely and accurate AP/AR processing across all project/client accounts. Michelle runs point on all contract deliverables, manages the invoicing process, and handles the accounts payable/receivables to keep the firm running smoothly.
